As with SEGC, it believes that addressing waste at scale requires the creation of market-competitive products. The SEGC SC Johnson team conducted research and provided recommendations for evolving together with the changing consumer retail industry.
Local Development
A non-profit that sells donated used goods, and it reinvests in the community by training and providing employment opportunities for local residents with disabilities. The stores encourage the reuse of miscellaneous products ranging from clothing to computer hardware.

A micro loan financing company that provides loans to students in the Philippines. The terms of these loans are flexible so students can focus on their education without stressing about financial restrictions.

Hut Mentality is a slow fashion brand aiming to empower artisans in tribal villages of India by providing them a market to sell unique and handcrafted clothes. In SEGC’s partnership, we sought to increase sales volume by implementing a social media strategy, website restructuring, redefined product offering and pricing approach, and operations efficiency in India.
